In 2024, the Essex County Greenbelt Association had an opportunity to acquire and conserve a forested property of more than 300 acres in Gloucester and Manchester, Massachusetts. Part of a larger 1400 acre expanse of conserved land in Gloucester, Manchester, and Essex, the property contains vital ecological habitats, established walking and biking trails, and drinking water lands. Greenbelt asked Reel Quest to produce a short video to use in fundraising efforts. We spent two days on the property in June 2024 filming nature scenes and people recreating on the property. We combined this b-roll with an interview with Greenbelt president Chris LaPointe and edited it all into the short video above.

Greenbelt successfully raised the needed funds and officially acquired the property in January, 2025.
